Auto Repair Warranty, Inc Rip Off on Extended chrysler Warranty

We purchased a entended warranty from this company on 09/08. I tried to use it to repair a evapator coil leak and they refused. Now the a/c compressor is out, and all of their telephone numbers are disconnected. What can I do now? I just lost $1099.99 I guess. This is twiceIi have to pay for repairs. Does anyone know if there is class action lawsuit started? Please let me know. Thanks
