United Change Address

On June 13, United Address Change (UAC)
charged my Visa Card for services which they did not performed because I personally went to
USPS, Mentone, CA to change my address,

I was demanding UAC to show proof that they were the one who did the request by giving a Certification from USPS or the Postmaster that
the change of my address was based on their
job or effort or request but todate they can not do so.
