United Change Address

On June 13, United Change Address (UCA) charged by Visa Card for $29.95 for services
not rendered because I personally went to USPS
to change my mailing address.

I advised UCA thru BA Dispute Resolution Services to show proof that they (UCA) was
the one who worked to change my address by
a Certification from USPS or the Postmaster
that they were the one requested for the change of my address.
