I recently moved and filled out a change of address form online.in search results, "www.changemyaddress.com" is made to look like the official USPS change of address form. I was prompted for credit card info for the $1 fee for USPS to verify identity. To my surprise, i find TWO charges of $19.95 from "changemyaddress.com". I wondered why it didn't show up as USPS so I looked online for "changemyaddress.com" and came across multiple complaints of fraud from this site. Additionally, I contacted USPS via phone. They confirmed that my change of address was never received and that they had my address on file from September. Not only did I not get the services I payed for, but instead of the $1 fee, I was charged 19.95, Twice. Fraud claim filed with my bank.
