Yes im the latest victem of these RIP OFFS. I had a window pop up sayibg a download was ready for FLASH PLAYER. I clicked on and they downloaded (superior tech) stuff that made my p.C. Start running slow. With 2 icons that would pop up eveytime you would open email, a window, anything. The icons have a phone #, yep u guessed it Indea. We can fix for 110.00. I said #$^$%@# NO! Well later that nite i caved in and called them back, they are very polite by the way, saying " we can fix "..." we can fix " as i watched them on my pc i knew that what they were doing was not right. So complaining to a supervisor they put another " super tech " on it. This all is the coarse of 7 hrs.By the way. When they finally finished and called me saying all done, it was so bad my pc wouldnt even run. I called them back and another tech went in and " RESTORED " it back to its origanal state befor they started, then said sorry but we can not fix. Im writeing this complaint now after getting my computer out of the shop another 150.00 to clean up. And its still not right. These people have ruined my pc. I haved emaned my 110.00 back, they said yes we refund in 2 wks. Yeah right we will see. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING SUPERIOR TECH SUPPORT HAS TO OFFER! Take your pc to a trained shop, you may have a chance. I wish India would just go away! Its pc terror attach with a bunch of crrooks.
