I visited their store on friday may 02 to buy a mattress—talked to ms julia and she made an invoice for a queen mattress and foundation. I ordered a full size to be delivered on 5/6. When i arrived home about 10 miles from the store, i immediately called julia to corredt the invoice from queesn to full. She said that would be done. I called again before delivery and talked to john (in my complaint to the company i mistakenly called john "bill") this may be the reason they chose not to respond to me. Anyway on the delivery date they brought over a queen size which naturally would not fit my bed frame. Julia could not make my order good and told me my money would be refunded and ask for my credit card again—she copied down my visa number and told me it would be taken care of. When i received my visa bill, i noticed the shortage and went to their website and told them about the shortage. They chose not to respond to me
