Purchased a queen Sherwood mattress/box spring online for $490.00 on March 9.
I got a call from Sit N' Sleep customer service and was told it was back ordered.
I was to receive the mattress on March 20 and would receive a courtesy call the day before to set up a delivery time.
March 20 came and no one had called me to set up a time frame.
I call and I am told that the order was cancelled on March 11.
Sit N Sleep customer representatives called me on several occasions leading up to the delivery date on how they would contact me etc. Etc... Only to tell me on the day of delivery that the order had been cancelled.
No accounting principles, supervisors clueless and unorganized.inept service agents that put you on hold until you hang up.
Never again.
