Wrong size mattress - memory foam mattress

I ordered a twin memory foam mattress from the website and was delivered a queen size instead. This could have been great for me but my bed frame couldn't fit the bigger mattress on or I would have kept it! Fortunately, the customer service staff were really polite and helpful and managed to organise the delivery of the correct size really quickly.
