I purchased a product in November and in January. Still haven't received the product from november and after offering me compensation they stopped responding when I asked how to redeem it. The second product came in April, broke to days later, and when I sent it back they said that I can't prove it was defective when I sent it and that I would have to send them more money if I wanted it back.
The absolute worst customer service I ever dealt with and a complete scam. Do not buy from here.
