I purchased a battery for my cell phone on september 29 (paid about $30).
When i received the product, i noticed that it wouldn't fully charge, so i called them and informed them.
They asked me to send the battery back so they would make sure it was defective and then they would send me a new one.
So i sent the package back at my expense (their policy says that returns are at customer's expense) and i didn't hear from them until november 14th.
I received an email saying that a new battery was going to be shipped soon.
I received the battery on december 4th and it performs just like the other one did.
I don't know if they just have defective items or they lie about the specifications of their products.
Anyway I sent them an email saying that i want my money back, but i didn't get any answer back.
