Defective product and incompetent customer service

January I purchased the Instyler Roller Hair Iron. Buy one get one Free. The company was quick to take my money and slow to deliver their product. Day one, one iron worked and then died, the other never did. Now I have two irons that were $134.97 and are defective.
When the product was shipped I received no paperwork such as an invoice or order number. BUT, I did receive a piece of paper about their return policy. No address or company information, just a phone number. I should have realized there would be a problem due to the fact that the other side of that paper is an Arbitration Agreement. Red Flag!

Calling customer service was an absolute joke. Jeff the first person I spoke to was asleep at the wheel. Could not find my order in the system anywhere and asked alot of unnecessary personal information. I wanted the supervisor, he refused to put me through. After some screaming he put me through to Dan the supervisor who would be the only person to find my order information due to the fact it was in a system customer service did not have access to. Supervisor Dan was an absolute peach, NOT. Just as clueless as the other. RUDE, told me I had a bad attitude about their product, that millions are satisfied. How so if I received TWO and both are as good as garbage liners.

The best one yet, I called back wanting the corporate address and the girl on the other end in customer service said they did not have one. So you don't have a boss? She said no.
