I asked online sales chat rep if I could do something with the product which she responded yes our product does that. Got the product, doesn't do as she said. I e-mailed customer service who then says the product cannot do what I wanted. Second, they have a money back GUARANTEE, which I requested for but they haven't honored that guaranteed yet. They are hard to reach. Multiple phone calls have NOT been returned. They do respond to e-mails but seemed to have stopped responding recently without telling me what's going on.
