Harrassment-Receive continuous calls at work from a Mr. Washington leaving messages of impending court summons, civil suit, given deadline to contact or a subpeona would be issued and the monetary ramifactions of court costs.
I called to advise not to call at work. Spoke to a Ms. McClusky who stated "we will keep calling your work until you pay". I asked for a Dunning letter in order to request debt validation. She refused to discuss a dunning letter. I advised her if their company continued to call at work after I requested they didn't I could sue her for every instance for $1000. She then got upset and began talking Mr. Washington and about how I threatened to sue her. I then just hung up.
