I contacted Triad on the 7th Of July my payment is due on the 1st late, after the 7th, I spoke with a representative and I requested an extension. I later faxed the letter to 817-605-6513 and called back to confirm their receipt. They advised that they had received. I began receiving collection calls, I returned their call and was advised that because they didn't receive my fax, my request had been denied; and that extensions are not guaranteed. I spoke to a Supervisor, Adrienne, who by the way was very rude and sarcastic. I asked for her Supervisor she kept me on hold and then transferred me to a voice mail.
I called back and I spoke with a Vernon Humphries, I refaxed my request. I have received a call the following day, and the representative didn't read the notes and once I summed up the situtation she advised that calls would continue. I received the following calls today: 2:09pm est, 4:29 pm est, 5:19 pm est, 6:24pm est. Two message had already been left yet the calls continued. I called back and requested that one call be made per day, they refused, and their file shows that only one call had been made. I was advised that the Computer called, which happens to be called a Predictive Dialer and you can exclude calls from this system, but Mr. David Rios refused. I wish someone would file a class action suit against this Company I am sure they have broken the Law. I would be more than happy so help.
