They called and said a sheriff was coming by with court summons on a debt i owed 1976.64 and that they were adding 1300.00 to court costs. They said if i paid 500.00 in 24hrs that suit would be dropped. I said i'm a single mom the father walked out 6yrs ago i lost my hours at post office i only work 1 day a week now. I offered to pay 50.00 a month the man yelled and said no he then said pay 300.00 in 24 hours and we will drop the suit. I asked him to please take my payment he said no.
Then he said the IRS will get me and to look for a 1099C form in mail and hung up on me. I called the sheriffs dept and asked if they had a letter for me and they said no its a scam to get your physical address. I called Western Performance back and asked to speak to supervisor i asked for his name he refused to give it to me. And then threatened to garnish my wages and prepare for the IRS to get me and he hung up on me also.
