I got a summons from Lease Finance Group reg the lease of a credit card machine. The summons is filed March 20 & today is June 12. This means its been almost 90 days since and I had 30 days to answer due to being out of state. The envelope is stamped June 6. Yes - you can laugh now! The mistakes these people make are countless and it keeps going but i will stop there... With you.
