Customer service does not read or acknowledge what you tell them or ask them.
"Second level" is non-existent, even though every single response from a customer service agent says the issue is being referred to "second level". No response from "second level" ever comes.
Customer service said my order for an eReader did not exist in the system. First, they offered no assurance the order would go through. Then, they said they were working on it. I sent them a cancellation, but they kept "processing" the order, even while quoting my cancellation request. They shipped the product after I reiterated I was canceling, and not to ship. I am having to now dispute the charge for a product I did not want.
