Dealers steal deposit money

I bought the car on 25th May but it had some issues. And because they assure me that they will fix it, i took the car but now after so many days past they don't want to do anything I want my deposit back. They refuse to give me my Deposit money back,
I need my money from them fully, which they want to cut it because I had the vehicle for a week.

First they told me they will fix the problem and give me the car back but now they have the car and money since 06/06.
Bank also cancels the deal and they told me they will give my money back. And told me they will charge $100 a day.
