I purchased a vehicle on Saturday 7/21. The vehicle broke down on the freeway on Sunday 7/22. The owner of the company will not give me my deposit back because I nolonger want a vehicle that will broke down in one day. He told me to contact whomever I want "he is not going to give me my deposit back". I would be a fool to pay a car note on a vehicle I know is a piece of junk. I did not sign any documents stating I could not get my deposit back such the car break down and I need to return the vehicle.
