My debit card was stolen i didnt know until a few days later i thought my 1year old son got it and it was around the house some where but after my spouse checked our account the recording said our account had some checks pending inwhich we had no part of we asked if bank of Amarica could cancel/stop the transaction, with out notifiying us they said its to late they closed our account and that we are responsible for an overdraft amountwith out even investigating us can they do that we are victoms of a double crime here i dont know what to do can you help us
