I am from nz also and received the trial pack obviously didn't read the fine print about the monthly $172.04 and was charged this 3 weeks ago and still have not received the product which I DON'T WANT because it doesn't work and want my money back but can't send product back as I haven't got it have cancelled today againI had better not be charged again
