I ordered a trial pack and it was promised to be deliveredwithin a certain time period. The trial pack has never been delivered but on the 7thJanuary, I was charged. I may have been happy to purchase the product, but after a trial, which was never received. I gave no authority to take money from my card, yet, without the "free trial" my card was debited.
Any sale would have been contingent on receipt of and ability to TRY the product.
I have now asked for a refund on a number of occassions and been told 'no you should have read the small print'.
