I ordered a trial shipment of Antiaging serum from PureCollagenSkin.com using my credit card on 03/08. I was charged $3.95 shipping. I did not recieve the serum until 03/18.By then, PureCollegen had already charged my credit card an additional $98.95 on 03/17. I immediately read the letter, called the cust serv #. They cancelled my acct & gave me an auth# to send bottles back b4 they would refund me my $98.95. I sent bottles back priority mail but now they are saying they have not received bottles & will not give me back my money. Not only did they withhold info about these charges but they charged me b4 the 10 day grace period & did not send product 2 me in a timely manner. Cust serv is very rude when theytalk 2 me. I feel I have been scammed b/c I feel they did receive the bottles back from me-they just won't refund me my $98.95
