On October 20 I placed an order for a trap thrower from www.outdoorsmansupply.com. As part of the order my debit card was charged $107.01. After several attempts by phone and email I finally received a response via email that the merchandise was on backorder and should arrive this month (November). After placing several more inquiries about the status of my order, I received an email response from Outdoorsman Supply that the merchandise was still on backorder and that I may cancel the order.
On January 6 I emailed Outdoorsman Supply that I would like to cancel my order. I again emailed and phoned several times with no response from the company. To date, I have not received any communication from this company.
