Unfortuntley I bought samples of Bell Genix off of the internet at £3.99 using my mastercard on one occasion and then a direct debit account on the second not relaising that if they were not retunred within 14 days money would be debited from my account. I have not used two of the bottles and wnat to retunr them due to the cost but the company will not provide me with a return number so that I can at least try and recover some of the money I have paid.
The offer is very misleading and I understand Master card are dealing with up to 30 telephone calls per day about this compnaIn total they have taken 449.70 from my accounts.
