I ordered drum parts on January 3 (Order #2820141) paid for via PayPay in the amount of $298.77, and as of today, April 3, still have not received my order and no refund. I have contacted the owner, Andy Foote, many times via email and phone, leaving several phone messages, never receiving a return phone call. I have demanded a full refund and have heard no response.
