They appeared to be affiliated with USPS.
After the for was submitted, I realized that they had not asked for a date to begin returning my mail to my home address from my vacation home.
When I tried to reach them by phone, I was put into a holding pattern that lasted two hours. When the holding pattern began, I was number 5 with a 54 minute wait.
After 51 minutes, I was number 3 with three minutes to wait.
102 minutes later I was number 2. It seems that customer service did not want to talk to me.
When I responded. To their email, the message came back
undeliverable due to its listing as scam
When we google mapped heir office building, their company was not listed among a dozen or so tenants
