This company advertises a change of address for the USPS but they are not part of the USPS. The change of address form comes up and appears to look the same. However, they charge $39.95 for what USPS does for $1. This price is not listed until after you submit your request. I had to get the number 800-459-3470 from this website and did actually reach a person who said my funds would be returned. The other number listed on the BBB website at 800-492-9142 has an answering service that will not return your calls. Also, they do not respond to the "contact us" link available on their website. This company is a rip-off. I do not believe my money will be refunded. Please do not use this website!
