This company sent incompetent workers who managed to put a hole in my wall while cleaning my vents. The service technician denied the damage over the phone and demanded that I send photos to show him the damage. I did so, both by phone and email, and after that point he conveniently stopped answering phone calls and emails. I contacted the local office (another incompetent person), who insisted that I must take this up with the technician, who won't return my phone calls - helpful. Finally, after some unpleasant confrontation, she asked that I send the photos to her. Guess what? She won't respond to email either. Zero customer service or accountability with this company.
