I have been an ATT (formerly Bellsouth) customer, for my phone, cell and Internet for 10 years. Since ATT began running things, the quality of the Internet service and customer service is awful. I have had problems with my Internet servicce dropping, slow response time, sites never reesponding since last summer. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they put through a variety of scripts and give me a ridiculous reason for the poor Internet service. I finally asked for a technician to come to my home. They sent an unqualified and incompetent technician who was barely able to log on to my pc. I finally asked him to leave my home I was so frustrated. Then... I get a $160 repair bill for the technician who did nothing. I have the repair plan ro cover service calls but he said the issue is my pc and charged me! Now I have to write to have the repair charge removed from my bill. Do not sign up for att dsl service!!!
