We bought a Living Social coupon over a year ago for air duct cleaning services. They came out in January as originally scheduled but the serviceman left saying that the ideal time to perform said services was only after all the repairs and contract work was completed, to allow all the dust to settle. We rescheduled for June 7. They never called to confirm this appointment, so I took it upon myself to call them to confirm it. They confirmed that someone would come today between 2-4pm. I called after 5pm as no one showed up, and they said that there was a misunderstanding and that they saw my name on the schedule but it was not printed on the calendar, therefore they'd have to reschedule for August. I told the rep that I wanted the service performed either next week, or I'd like my money back. She told me to call the supervisor directly on Monday to discuss it. Horrible service! And I don't believe for 1 minute that they can't send someone out to perform a 1.5 hour job that I already paid for within the week. Living Social really should look into the companies they do business with in advance.
