I bought a discount coupon on Living Social Deals for a cleaning service with Bella Kleening. I called and made an appointment for them to come on a weekend. I thought this was going to be great, convenient and best of all I would have a clean house. Two hrs before they were supposed to show up they called and left a message canceling. Supposedly their cleaning crew was in a car accident and wouldn't be able to show up. On the message they told me they would call me on Monday to reschedule. Monday comes and goes and I try calling them on several occasions but the phone goes straight to voicemail. Of course the mailbox is full so I can’t leave a message. After a while I sent them an email and they wrote me back saying they would call either that evening or the following morning. Again Tuesday comes and goes with no call. Every time I tried to call, again it went straight to voicemail. If I hadn't already paid for the service I would have just given up, but since I already paid the money I had to continue to pursue this. I emailed them back and they gave me a revised date, the following week on a weekday at 4:30. Well I am currently writing this at 6:52 with no sign of the cleaners. I tried calling again but what a shock I only got voicemail. If they ever show up, I will gladly revise my review with how their cleaning service was, but until then I am less than impressed.
