I was referred to Vernon Day through my father. I was told he does an excellent job fixing credit issues. I am looking forward to buying a new house and car in the future and was concerned about negative thing on my credit coming into conflict with my plans. Since I had spoke with someone that had proven results I was very much so motived to pay and in 6 months or less see results. I made an agreement and signed a contract and made a deposit of 800$ into his Chase account. Sad to say this was the only transaction by Vernon that has gone smoothly and this was done by me. He promised a date and of course that didn't happen I asked or my money back in December and instead he kept ignoring my request and insisting on finishing the job.in the beginning I could call and he would answer immediately, now? Not so much I have to call 50 times to get a 5 word text message. His excuses of why he couldn't talk were all the following: mother in the hospital, daughter graduating, someone broke in his car, he's sick, in a meeting, I believe one time he may even said his house was on fire to get me off the phone from demanding a refund. This man is no other than a fraud and con artist. I have pondered whether to take legal action and right about now that is the route I am choosing to go. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of this man. I am so frustrated with this entire situation! I understand why people kill over their money. I have all the evidence I need t prosecute him in all the text messages that he agreed to give me my money back and when the day came he told me one of the many excuses listed above. What a JACK*. Hope this helps anyone who is dealing with a credit solution person like Vernon!
