I checked my bank account online this morning 29/10 to find that 69.00 had been taken from my bank account i phoned my bank to ask who had taken the money and was told it was the above named company who took the money i have tried to contact the company a few times but get no answer i tried the google on internet and to my amazement i found it comes under yes loans tehy too took money from my account without me knowing it i have sent them a letter for my money back got letter saying they are investigating the matter i have phoned them 3 times each time on the phone for over 15 minutes and still cant get through very unhappy i was scammed 2 weeks ago and got bank details and names of people involved lost 235.00 police were notified and fraud squad in london still not got my money back devestated as i would pay back a loan if i got one just want my money back cant believe these people can remove money from my bank account without my authorisation please help
