Later part of last year 2012 I called the company for the trial of their product. This is a free trial. I have only to pay the shipping. I did receive the free trial product which I did not even use. I was advised to call the company to cancel if not satisfied. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I relocated back here in the Philippines last December. The company continued to charge my account in the amount of $41.87 from December up to May. Worst I did not receive any of this product since then. I checked my old address in New York but nothing of this product was received. I requested my New York Citibank not to allow the charges from this company but the bank said to file my complaint with the fraud office. I tried to call the bug defense office bug I was never been able to be connected, hence this complaint. Please help me so I will not be further charged for anything from this company. I needed every single cent from what I receive from my monthly pension. I would request for the return of all the monies this Company charged me from December - May amounting to $251.22.
