After seeing a video on dr. Oz's show i placed an order on the internet thinking a was ordering a bottle. I was billed $148 for four bottles. I called immediately and tried to cancel my order. I was told that i had to receive my order then call in for a rma number. I received the package on 4/2 and placed it in a box wrote the rma number and their address on the package and mailed on 4/3 costing me $15.15. On 4/14 i received a message on my answering machine that said they had the package but no rma number was on the package. I tried to call the number that she left but it wouldn't go through so i called 855-888-5873 and spoke with rosie who told me that i had done eveything right and i would receive my money within 3 to 5 business days. I waited 7 days and called and asked to speak with a supervisor and spoke with will who said he would take care of it and would make sure i didn't even pay for the reshelfing fee. Another week went by, i called and was told the warehouse couldn't find the package and that the supervisor was taking care of the problem. Still nothing. My rma # is 937950-4062, my order # is 541964 and my customer # is 937950. Please help me.
