Posted my gold on Monday and received an email on Tuesday saying they had received it and would call me within 24hrs with an offer. If only! As others have said no one answers the phone or your emails. This is theft and fraud. I needed the money to send my son on a school trip to New York, doesn't look like he will be going now as I cant afford to replace the money that has been lost. I feel such and idiot.
