After visiting the companys website, I used their gold calculator and it showed me that they would offer $207.26 (£133) for my gold. The spot price for gold that day was $48.28 (£30.98), so it seemed a fair offer taking into consideration that they would take a percentage to cover their costs. After waiting several days, I was made and offer of $115.31 (£74) which equated to less than 50% of its value. I promptly replied to the email turning down the offer and requesting my gold back. 4 emails later and 2 voice mails and they haven't even acknowledged my request let alone sending my gold back. Their website claims to reply within an hour to emails!!! If I don't hear within the next 5 days, I will file a claim with the small claims court.
