Like other customers sent off for gold pack, received this the next day. Sent off 30g of gold which I knew was worth around £300 to £330. That same evening looked into the company in more detail and realised what a fool I'd been. The next day got their confirmation email that they had my gold. Later got an email to say they valued it at £160. Thought I'd accept and cut my losses. They confirmed that payment would be in my account within 24 hours. This was Friday evening, now Tuesday and still no money in my account. I have sent 3 emails and have tried ringing but only a voicemail. I have been scammed. Message to everyone please don't send your gold to this company. Message to the company/person who stole my gold, rot in hell!!
