This the 3rd time I have posted messages on this website. 1st was to complain, 2nd was to ask everyone to report their loss to action fraud. This time I'm not quite sure. After not hearing from them for a week, I sent them another email last wed 5th June and got a reply email apologising that I hadn't received my money and that it would be in my bank account with 24 hours, this didn't happen. However I have been checking my bank account about 3 times a day and yesterday 13th June, I finally received payment. Ok it's less than what I could have got if I'd not been so stupid to send
gold to a complete stranger, but I finally feel relieved to have something.
I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I really
hope that everyone who sent off gold to them gets their money to.
