Closeout digital or then called Digital depot online called also as Digital depot Inc., of Brooklyn NY. They advertise expensive SLR camera as a US camera for cheap price while it is of a grey market camera or a stolen camera. This fact I learn late from Nikon USA. The camera I bought for $1020 did not include an US or international warranty card. When I asked them they did not provide me with any warranty card. Now I am in trouble, Nikon US will never service my camera.
They told me that the camera comes with a weak battery from Nikon. They scam me to buy an extra battery and they will send me another one free. They charged me for the extra batteries but never deliver the batteries.
They scam me to buy a high speed SD card and they will send me another one free, instead they send me one previously used SD card (the package is opened and closed with a scotch tape) instead of two new SD cards.
I disputed the charges with my credit card after I exhausted my way to ask them to send the merchandise I paid for or issue me the full refund for returning my camera. The owner, the customer service and everything else, Josh called me and threat my life because I disputed portion of the money. When I win the dispute they unilaterally re - charged my card again without my knowledge. Be careful they are a big scam.
