ordered a kit for internet, didn't care for it, sent it back 5-28-13 and they were to refund me $165.68. I have called numerous times
to no avail because of this date I have not recieved a refund. I talk to Liza that was to see that I got the refund at (10:45 AM 5-12-13. Talked to Megan today at (12:55 Pm 5-31-13) she informed me that I would recieve $137. Refund in about 30 days. She mentioned they were charging me for a phone, but I already have a phone and pay my bill every month and thats why she claims it will be $137. Then I called and ask for a manager and a lady named Angle was on the phone and said, that when (BIG WHEN) they pay me I'll only recieve $99. For the router but I paid ($165 for the package) I ask Angle about late fee's, if I don't pay my phone bill on time I have to pay a late fee, we have two standards here. When I returned the kit I was told to return it to one of thier stores, which I did here in Ocala and I have the receipt dated 2-28-13 and it states that it is a Router Kit, not just a router.
