I too purchased these products on 2 March and a month later, had no delivery. I phoned them and they said they would resend.By mid May, still nothing. I phoned them back and demanded a refund, and the same day the refunded me - in dollars so I lost a bit given the exchange rate, but it was minimal.
PHONE 0800 981 218 and a customer service agent will deal with your complaint. Dont give them the opportunity to resend, simply demand a refund.
There is a local supplier called Biovea who are reliable and will ship to you for free in 4 days.
