We turned on water and electricity on February 20th and got bill from LA DWP from November 2nd for $1,791.08. We called customer service, we wrote letter to Customer Relations Office and we faxed the letter. There is still no response from DWP. We got letter that service will be discontinued, if the bill will not be paid!
