I have been in dispute with LADWP for two years regarding a bill from two years ago at an address I have not live at for two years. DWP has recently sent me a disconnect notice for my current address if I do not pay the past bill that I do NOT owe, DWP sent this bill to collections and it appears on my credit report that I owe the LADWP $263.27 and they are harassing me over paying the bill or face disconnect. I wonder how can they try to collect twice?
