I purchased a ticket on-line, but the card was declined, due to wrong zip code. I did not receive the ticket. I then looked at the credit card statement on-line and saw that $66.00 had been taken from the account, which was the price of the ticket. I called Momentum Credit card customer service. They told me they would release the funds, but the train station company had to sign a form. The train station has a policy of not faxing or signing any forms for financial institutions, but they said they would speak to the Momentum over the phone. So, I did a three way call. Momentum refused to allow the train company to give the authorization to release the funds over the phone, and told me they were going to hold my funds for 11 days. The other $4.50 was charged to the card for fees from calling customer service. I feel this Momentum card is out to steal hard working people money. I was not able to attend the job workshop I was going to, and I am out of $70.50. Wow!!
