I purchased this product on line and was promised a $10.00 rebate on the shipping. I have tried to submit this rebate and have not heard any satisfying response. The one response I did get told me that my complaint had been received and was assigned to a service representative who would contact me and reply accordingly. So far I have not had any replies whatsoever... Except for the original response. It told me that my ticket number was DGU-444704, Subjet: $10 rebate, Department: Momentum Support, Priority: low, Status: open.

I was told that I could check the status of this reply online at http://momentum. Helpserve.com / uisng my email of [email protected] and a Password of 528cd6b7. I have tried this and been denied access! I think this entire situation is bad and these people are phonies thru and thru.
