They came to my house cleaned my couch and said that it was clean but the certain stains or burns would not come out. It would dry by late this after noon. I thought when it dried it would be cleaner because of it being a little dmp it did not look clean. When it dried I saw extrewamly little difference, so I cleaned it with a home steam cleaner all except half a cousion and it is now clean. I called the company and Ken called me back and said the person that cleaned it said that certain stain he wrote on the invoice would not come out. I told him I cleaned it and it's clean, he refered to the invoice. I told him I'll see him in court.
