Ordered weekly house cleaning service. They make you pay up front with no refunds. The day of the cleaning the maid called to tell me she would not be coming to clean becuase Cleanify refused to pay her. I called the company to request a refund and they again informed me that they do not offer refunds, this was after i told her about the maid calling me.
I let the person on the other end of the line know that I would dispute the charge of 420.00 which was put on my CC. She then said she would offer a refund but only by email money transfer or cheque. I agreed to a email money transfer so it would be quicker. Two weeks later... Nothing!!!
I just called my CC company to dispute the charges.
Warning: stay away cleanify is a scam!!!
