I purchased a new 2013 Ford Focus in Feb. 2013. The car is now less than 4 months old, and it has developed serious transmission problems along with electrical problems with the on-board computer.
Central Ford is giving me the run-a-round after seeing the car for repairs, they said they couldn't fix it. Dealership service dept. Told me "If it needs a new transmission my new car warranty will be void"
I can't even get my calls returned to get an appointment to fix the car. I've spent hours on the phone & made over 15 calls to try to get the car repaired. Nobody at the dealership will come to the phone or return my calls. Ford's customer relationship line has offered no help either.
I have a useless, defective, lemon of a new car sitting in my driveway. It's our only car for my family, and we have no other car now.
Can't get it fixed with Ford, Can't drive it. Car loses power, slams into gear. I have almost been in an auto accident twice because the car won't go when I needed it to. Very unsafe. And an accident waiting to happen.
I owe on this car for more than 4 more years, and it didn't even last 4 months!!!
I just want my money back from Ford motor company & Central Ford. I need it to purchase a safe reliable car elsewhere.
